The registrations for the energy sector company Neoenergia are open to fill 28 positions, including 18 intern positions that will provide international experience in countries where Iberdrola operates and 10 master’s scholarships for candidates approved in Brazilian universities in the fields of engineering, renewable energy, and technology.

International Graduate Program – Intern
The International Graduate Program lasts for two years and offers the 18 selected candidates, during their development path, international experience in countries where Iberdrola operates. The objective of the intern program is to train future leaders and specialists who can strengthen strategic areas and meet market needs.
Selection for the intern program requires fluency in English and a degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, renewable, sustainable energy systems, and environmental sciences), digital/IT (computer science/software engineering), Big Data (data analysis, data science, Big Data management), and cybersecurity (information security/computer science).

Scholarship Program – Master’s Scholarships
In the International Master’s Scholarships Program, Neoenergia seeks to develop a new generation of professionals enthusiastic about learning, eager to innovate, and willing to transform the energy sector.
Iberdrola has launched a new call for master’s scholarships for the 2022-2023 academic year, a program directed at professionals with bachelor’s degrees and students in their final undergraduate year. This initiative aims to promote excellence in training new generations and to encourage the employability of young people in future-oriented sectors.
The call for applications is currently open to students in Brazil. Interested applicants for the master’s scholarships must submit their requests by accessing this form. Additionally, applications received for programs in Spain, the UK, and Mexico are being evaluated. In total, 47 candidates will be selected.
Applicants must be Brazilian or reside in Brazil, possess higher education recognized by the MEC, have an English proficiency certificate, among other requirements.
