Bunge, A Company Engaged in Seed Processing and Vegetable Oil Production, Is Now Accepting Applications for Its 2023 Trainee Program.
The Bunge Trainee Program is now open for applications aimed at forming a new group of professionals to join in 2023. Interested candidates can register for the selection process until August 4th. In this edition of the program, Bunge aims to provide vacancies for graduates from various fields of study, with a completion date for their higher education expected by December of next year or July 2024.

The trainee program is geared towards the cities of Luís Eduardo Magalhães (BA), Dourados (MS), Luziânia (GO), Lucas do Rio Verde (MT), Nova Mutum (MT), Sorriso (MT), Rondonópolis (MT), Tangará da Serra (MT), Uruçuí (PI), Ipojuca (PE), Rio Grande (RS), Ponta Grossa (PR), Guarujá (SP), and São Paulo (SP).
Bunge’s trainee program has been in existence for over 15 years. During this time, it has been responsible for discovering young talents and shaping the future generations of leaders within the company. Participants experience stages of an immersive development track, which allows for an in-depth understanding of the multinational’s business.

Requirements to Participate in the Trainee Program
To participate in Bunge’s program, candidates must be nearing the end of their degree and possess an intermediate level of English. The eligible courses are as follows:
- Administration;
- Law;
- Marketing;
- Engineering;
- Advertising;
- Economics;
- Information Technology.
In addition to the requirements mentioned above, interested candidates for the Bunge vacancies must also have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and be available to work 30 hours per week.
Students meeting the requirements can register on the Cia de Talentos Page. All stages of the selection process will occur online. Candidates will have to undergo Online Assessments, Group Dynamics, English Test, Panel, Interview with Managers, and Final Interview.
The hiring of new trainees will take place in October. Bunge offers a range of benefits to those accepted into the Trainee Program.
