Nestlé Brazil is offering job vacancies in its Trainee Program 2022 for people without experience. The registration for the selection process will remain open until September 27. This year’s trainee program theme is: “How Can We Build A Better Future Together?”, where the company places young people at the center of the necessary transition for the world, together with the company and what it represents, in an environment filled with challenges, learning, and opportunities.

The Trainee Program Selection Process Will Be Entirely Online
The selection process for job vacancies will be monitored entirely online and digitally, both to meet the safety and health criteria required by the current situation and to democratize access to the program.
As in the last editions of the trainee program, the selection process is open to candidates from all over Brazil. Ana also emphasizes that with the mission of promoting inclusion, the company is looking for talents willing to evolve alongside the company. Behavioral competencies will be evaluated, initially to achieve greater diversity in the selection process.

The requirements to participate in the Nestlé selection process are simply having completed graduation between December 2019 and December 2021 and being available for relocation.
Understand How The Selection Process Will Work
The Trainee Program will bring throughout its stages, content and challenges rich in mental health, sustainability, and work-life balance, in addition to emotional intelligence.
These actions are based on the company’s pillars and value analytical capacity, creativity, and behavioral skills. After the registration phase, the process will follow with online tests, assessments, and profile matching, with challenges and dynamics using real cases from the company’s brands and sponsors of this edition such as: Nescau, Purina, Nutren, KitKat, Mucilon, Moça, Ninho, Nesfit, Ninho, and Nescafé Origens.
There will also be interviews, valuing behavioral skills and using different ways for participants to experience the Nestlé way, with workshops and company members.
