Nestlé And Garoto Have Thousands Of Temporary Job Openings For Easter. Interested Parties From All Over Brazil Can Apply.

Being seen as one of the most anticipated dates in the country’s commercial calendar, Easter is approaching and will be the stage for one of the main business opportunities of the year for chocolate sellers and manufacturers. Last year, 10 thousand tons of eggs were sold. Due to an increase in demand, new job openings are emerging, and Nestlé and Garoto are pioneers in this sector.

Nestlé And Garoto Have Over 1,400 Job Openings

This is precisely why this period is very important for generating temporary job openings, so that Nestlé and Garoto can continue to boost sales and production. With this in mind, the brands have 1,490 temporary job openings in Brazil.

Professionals will have a lot of work ahead, and to apply, it is essential that candidates send their resumes to the following email address: Casting@fullpromo.com.br, which is aimed only at those residing in the Southeast region. For other regions of the country, participants in the upcoming selection process should send their information to the email pascoa2023@expertisegroup.com.br.

The brands recently announced new versions of the iconic KitKat, Crunch, Alpino, and Opereta, as well as six delicious innovations. Among the new offerings are the Filled Alpino Box, KitKat Dark Easter Egg, Milk Baton Easter Egg, and much more.

According to the Marketing Manager of Nestlé Brazil, Marcos Freitas, Nestlé and Garoto are known and loved brands among consumers. At Easter, the companies focus their efforts on generating plenty of innovation and products that please everyone.

This year’s portfolio, according to Freitas, includes options for a variety of budgets. The new offerings make up a portfolio of 22 items that are part of the Easter line for both brands. In the children’s line, Nestlé presents the Surprise Dino Eggs and Surprise Magic eggs, as well as Baton Colors.

The Egg Sales Market Continues To Grow

The expansion in chocolate sales continues to grow each year. According to the president of the Brazilian Association of Chocolate, Peanut and Candy Industry (Abicab), Ubiracy Fonsêca, the sales numbers have not stagnated and continue to expand. This year, the industry will offer a wide variety of products, which will create changes in pricing, which will also be varied.

This is expected to happen due to the economic moment Brazil is experiencing. All this variety will also impact the new product launches from Nestlé and Garoto, most of which will include options for customers with some dietary restrictions.

“Dangers” That Seasonal Perishable Production Can Generate

Data from Abicab indicates that manufacturers are finalizing chocolate egg production and that the industry plans to offer 163 new launches, in addition to displaying 440 Easter items in establishments across Brazil this year. This is the highest launch rate since 2015, from the moment the institution began tracking production.

Furthermore, according to the entity’s executive, despite Nestlé and Garoto’s production being in full swing, the industry still faces an obstacle: the dangers that may be generated by the production of seasonal perishables.

As a result, chocolates will be available on the shelves until the date in question. If they are not sold, they can generate significant losses for companies, as they will return to factories. On the other hand, smaller production numbers are subject to complaints, leading to shortages of products for some consumers.
