The SUV segment in Brazil is preparing for a significant transformation with the arrival of six new models from different brands, such as Honda and more. These eagerly awaited launches promise to offer Brazilian consumers a wide range of options, from compact SUVs to larger models.

The Brazilian automotive scene is about to witness a notable expansion in the SUV segment. Six new models, each with unique characteristics and adapted to the taste and needs of the customer Brazilian consumer, are scheduled to be launched in the country. These launches include proposals from renowned brands such as Honda, Jeep, Ford, Toyota, Nissan and Citroën.

Honda CR-V

This model will be a direct competitor to popular SUVs like the Corolla Cross and Jeep Compass. The CR-V promises to stand out for its internal space and comfort, with dimensions that include 4,56 meters in length and 1,84 meters in width, and a generous wheelbase of 2,65 meters. The trunk has a capacity of approximately 380 liters, and the vehicle's interior shares similarities with the new Civic, indicating a high level of sophistication and technology. It is estimated that the initial price of the CR-V will be in the range of R$ 170-175 thousand.

The Jeep Avenger, also known as the mini Renegade, is an addition to the compact SUV segment, and targets competitors such as the Fiat Pulse and Volkswagen Nivus. Based on the CMP platform, used by Peugeot and Citroën in the 208, the Avenger is a vehicle that combines SUV characteristics with the agility of a hatchback. Your measures include a length of 4,08 meters and a width of 1,78 meters, promising a differentiated and attractive design for a young and dynamic audience.

Ford Territory

The Ford Territory, which receives a new generation, offers a significant increase in size, positioning itself between a medium and large SUV. The Toyota Yaris Cross, one of the most anticipated new products, will enter the compact SUV segment, bringing the prestige and reliability of the Toyota brand. The design of the Yaris Cross is inspired by the mini RAV4, with a modern and robust aesthetic. Toyota still keeps open the possibility of including a hybrid version for this model, following the trend towards more sustainable and efficient vehicles.

Nissan kicks

The new Nissan Kicks, in turn, is about to receive a significant update. Spotted in tests both in Brazil and in the United States, the new Kicks promises to bring a renewed design, inspired by models such as the Nissan Qashqai and Pathfinder. With the intention of maintaining the model's popularity in the Brazilian market, Nissan plans a launch that combines innovation and tradition.

Citroen C3 Aircross

Finally, the Citroën C3 Aircross will arrive as a different option in the SUV segment. The model, which will be positioned above the C4 Cactus, offers the possibility of a seven-seat configuration, meeting a demand for more spacious family vehicles. The C3 Aircross, which information is already available on the Citroën website, may include a 1.0 Turbo engine, similar to that used in the Fiat Fastback, indicating Citroën's commitment to performance and efficiency.

These launches from Toyota, Jeep, Citroen, Ford, Honda and Nissan reflect the dynamism and evolution continued growth in the SUV market in Brazil. With a variety ranging from compact models to larger options, the new SUVs promise to meet a wide range of preferences and needs of Brazilian consumers.
