The Construction of the Project in Pernambuco
The president of Novo Atacarejo, Daniel Costa, stated that the work will be completed in 100 days. The project under construction is 45% physically completed. “We thank Mayor João Campos for this visit; this is our second store in Recife, and we have already been working for 30 days. We are scheduled to open at the end of November; 500 direct positions will be opened, and soon we will be inaugurating this store here in the capital,” emphasizes the executive.
The Novo Atacarejo under construction in the state of Pernambuco, located in the Dois Irmãos neighborhood, will offer butchery, deli, and bakery services with in-house production, as well as selling about 9,000 items, including perishable foods, grocery, hygiene products, cleaning supplies, automotive items, candy, and beverages. There will be 6,000 m² of sales area, 32 check-outs, air-conditioned environment, 200 parking spaces, and 14,000 m² of total area. This is the second store of the Pernambucano group in Recife; the first is located in the Bongi neighborhood and was inaugurated last December. In Pernambuco, there are 11 stores.
