Brazilian Architect in Charge of the New Dealership in MG Speaks Out
According to architect Membira Selene Dantas, the New Brand Design of the multinational brings a more modernized and technological concept focused on people. According to Membira, the goal of NBD is to include the customer in a new Volkswagen, humanized and digital, where people are the focus.
The automaker’s architect emphasizes that the showroom is being designed to serve humans, not cars, as it was before. The showrooms are more compact, with fewer cars, and the customer service extends beyond the sales desk to all areas of the store.
All areas are spaces for negotiation, and in the new dealership, in addition to the lounge with sitting and coffee areas, customers will have various social interaction points distributed throughout the store.
