The National Service for Commercial Learning (SENAC) in partnership with the Brazilian Service of Support for Micro and Small Enterprises (SEBRAE) is offering free professional qualification courses in Rio de Janeiro. There will be 30 openings for courses in the areas of entrepreneurship and design.
