Agricultural Supervisor – Agricultural Technician or Agronomy Engineering; 4 years of experience in the sugar-energy sector (herbicide); Knowledge in computer skills, SSMA concepts, and people management; Mastery in the positioning of molecules and active principles of products aimed at weed control, knowledge of the predominant weeds in MT and their control methods, expertise in weed management, knowledge in the sugarcane production system
Front Leader – Agricultural Technician or Agronomy Engineering; Minimum 2 years of experience; Availability to work in a 5×1 shift; Minimum CNH B; Knowledge in mechanized planting and harvesting of sugarcane seedlings, mastery in equipment calibration (harvesters and planters), quality indicators, people management and agricultural processes, basic knowledge of maintenance.
