The selection process consists of 6 stages, which include applications, Online Technical Tests on General Knowledge, Portuguese Language, and Logical Reasoning, Online Cultural Fit Test, Interview with Leaders, Interview with HR, and Admission, which is scheduled to take place in January 2024.
Applications can be made until October 30 through OEC Engineering’s career website. To apply, you will need to create a profile on the platform using some basic information; in addition, it will also be necessary to submit a resume compatible with the desired position.
Those approved for the positions without experience, in addition to a market-compatible allowance, will have access to an on-site cafeteria, transportation voucher, partnerships with companies, and life insurance.
