The Selection Process for the VLI Trainee Program 2023 Will Be Fully Digital for Candidates from All Degree or Licentiate Courses

VLI, a provider of logistics solutions that manages terminals, trains, and ports, has opened applications for its 2023 Trainee Program. In addition to the Federal District, the states of Bahia, Minas Gerais, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Espírito Santo, Goiás, Maranhão, Tocantins, Sergipe, and Ceará will be included in the distribution of available positions. It is important to highlight that the chosen candidates may be hired under the CLT regime and will receive a career plan focusing on developing their technical and behavioral skills.

Meet VLI

VLI is a Brazilian logistics company that manages the freight railway concessions, Ferrovia Centro-Atlântica S.A. and Ferrovia Norte-Sul S.A. in the stretch that extends from Açailândia to Palmas, with a combined length of 7,940 kilometers. In addition, grain transshipment terminals are also operated by the company, such as the Araguari Integrating Terminal (TIA) and the Palmeirante Integrating Terminal (TIPA). It also manages the terminals of the Itaqui Port in São Luís, the Tubarão Port in Vitória, the Inácio Barbosa Maritime Terminal in Barra dos Coqueiros, and the Luiz Antonio Mesquita Port Integrating Terminal in Santos. Who Can Participate in the Selection Process

Individuals who graduated, or are expected to graduate, between December 2020 and December 2022 and have intermediate knowledge of English are eligible to participate in the selection process for the VLI Trainee Program 2023. In addition to these prerequisites, interested candidates must also be available for relocation and travel for the company, and be willing to commit to an eight-hour workday. The selection process will be entirely online, and candidates can come from any degree or licentiate course.
