Schneider Electric Is Hiring New Internship Opportunities. The Multinational Vacancies Include Several Courses and Offer Various Benefits.

Schneider Electric, a global leader in digital transformation in automation and energy management, announced on Tuesday (April 4) the opening of applications for its selection process with internship opportunities in three states across the country: São Paulo, Santa Catarina, and Paraná. The multinational is looking for new talents to join its team and create innovative solutions for its clients.

Requirements Set by Multinational Schneider Electric to Participate in Internship Vacancies

The selection process for internship vacancies at the company is aimed at students who are currently enrolled in higher education, with graduation expected between June 2024 and June 2026.

Additionally, candidates must be available for a 30-hour weekly internship starting in May of this year. Some of the internship opportunities require knowledge of additional languages such as English. Schneider Electric accepts the following undergraduate courses for its selection process:

  • Accounting;
  • Business Administration;
  • Courses in Exact Sciences (Mathematics, Statistics, and related fields);
  • Economics;
  • Technology Courses (Information Technology, Computer Science, and related fields);
  • All Engineering Disciplines;
  • Communication Courses;
  • Marketing.

The internship vacancies without experience from the multinational are targeted at the cities of Blumenau (SC), Pinhais (PR), Cajamar (SP), Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Piracicaba (SP), and São Paulo (SP). All those approved for the opportunity will be guided through a development path in the first year with content selected by the company for their learning, skill development, and networking, preparing them to start their professional careers.

From the first to the third month, Special Integration, Webinars, Plug-in Courses, and E-learnings will be offered; from months 4 to 6, Webinars, Career Sessions, and E-Learnings will be provided; from months 7 to 9, projects, Webinars, and E-learnings will be made available, and in months 10 to 12, Webinars, E-learnings, and Project Presentations will be offered.

Thus, they remain open for an indefinite period. The stages of the selection process will include registrations, Online Stages, online interviews, and final interviews. Selected candidates will be called for the next stage of the selection process.
