On this Sunday, (07/28), Rumo Logística, the largest independent railway logistics operator in Brazil, announces the opening of job vacancies for various profiles as part of its team expansion. Electrician I
Requirements Required by Rumo Logística: Have a National Driver’s License (CNH) category B, an Electrician course, and a completed High School education.
Responsibilities: Support the preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, automation, or telecommunications, following quality and safety standards.

Operational Terminal Operator
Requirements Required by Rumo Logística: Completed Elementary School and previous experience in civil construction, loading and unloading, and/or agricultural activities.
Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently unload railway or road vehicles, adhering to current procedures.
Moreover, you will ensure the cleanliness and conservation of the workplace, tools, and equipment, and comply with the company’s Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.
Job Location: Sumaré, São Paulo.
Line Driver I
Requirements Required by Rumo Logística: Completed Elementary School, National Driver’s License (CNH) category D, and experience with vehicles. Knowledge of railways will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities: Drive road-rail vehicles on the line and conduct inspections on the railway. Additionally, you will drive vehicles off the line, send messages via GPS to the Operational Control Center (CCO), enter and remove service bulletins, provide various assistance, and follow strict safety protocols to prevent accidents during loading and unloading operations.
Job Location: Inocência, Mato Grosso do Sul.
Engineering Intern
Requirements Required by Rumo Logística: Must be pursuing a degree in Engineering or Administration, with knowledge in Mechanics, and have basic proficiency in Office Suite, with essential knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.
Advanced knowledge in Office Suite, SQL, and Power BI will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities: Conduct D-1 failure meetings and create a database for wagon defect analysis.
Your activities will include interfacing with other engineering teams to discuss failures, monitoring action plans, systemic analysis of wagon defects, supporting the wagon failure analysis process, preparing and presenting results reports, sending results reports, and field visits to Rumo units.

Electrician III
Requirements Required by Rumo Logística: Technical course in electromechanics or related areas, experience with integrated circuits and interlock systems, availability of hours, and National Driver’s License (CNH) category B.
Experience with measuring instruments, such as multimeters and wattmeters, is also required.
Responsibilities: Execute corrective and preventive plans throughout the railway network.
Your activities will include preventive and corrective maintenance of operational technology equipment installed along the railway network, such as AMV Electrical, switch machines, sensors, solar panels, and derailment detectors.

Financial Analyst
Requirements Required by Rumo Logística: Previous experience with budget management and FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis), analysis of budgeted vs. actual, variance analysis, preparation of financial reports for leadership, and management of matrix expenses.
Responsibilities: Financial analysis and consolidation of results, budget control, and analysis of variances between budgeted and actual figures.
You will also be responsible for providing support for projects aimed at continuous improvement of accuracy processes and financial information analysis.
