How Does the Selection Process Work?
Applications are open until December 23, 2024, and can be made online or in person at the desired Senai unit. After the application period, candidates will be selected through an electronic lottery scheduled for January 8, 2025.
The program prioritizes individuals in situations of socioeconomic vulnerability, as well as women, people with disabilities, Black, mixed-race, transgender individuals, travestis, indigenous people, quilombolas, and refugees.

Technical courses last for 17 months, while professional qualification courses vary between 4 and 7 months. In addition, students participate in Human Development (DH) workshops, with a workload of 60 hours/class, focused on personal and professional improvement.
