Free Technical Courses with Scholarships: What You Need to Know
According to Public Notice No. 141, dated December 19, 2024, the Petrobras Autonomy and Income Program offers 100% free professional qualification courses, developed in partnership with IFES and the National Council of Federal Network of Professional, Scientific and Technological Education Institutions (CONIF).
The initiative aims to train approximately 7,000 people in situations of social vulnerability, promoting inclusion, autonomy, and financial development.
Among the opportunities are courses in the areas of Industrial Painter, Scaffolder, Industrial Machinery Mechanic, and Service Assistant.
These qualifications last from 4 to 6 months, with hourly loads varying from 174 to 452 hours.
Classes will be held at various IFES campuses, such as Vitória, Cariacica, Guarapari, Cachoeiro de Itapemirim, Presidente Kennedy, and São Mateus.
Financial Support to Ensure Continued Study
In addition to the free courses, the program offers financial assistance to participants. Students will receive a monthly scholarship of R$ 660.00 throughout the course.
For women with children under 12 years of age, the scholarship amount will be even higher, reaching R$ 858.00 per month.
This benefit aims to ensure that students can fully dedicate themselves to their studies, overcoming financial barriers and increasing their chances of success.

The program is designed to serve vulnerable groups and those in social exclusion.
Priority audiences include women, transgender individuals, indigenous people, refugees, people with disabilities, and residents of Petrobras operation areas.

Transparent Selection and Enrollment Schedule
