Mid-Level Analyst for the Budget and Cost Management
Requirements:
- Academic background: Administration, Accounting, and Economics;
- Desirable: Specialization in Finance (ongoing/completed);
- Desirable: Knowledge of SAP;
- Experience in the areas: Budget, Planning, and Costs;
- Advanced English;
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Advanced Excel – VBA);
- Knowledge of Accounting.
Activities:
- Preparation of the Monthly Report of Actual vs. Budgeted / Variance Analysis;
- Monitoring of administrative expenses / operational costs;
- Analysis/Consolidation of budget, cost center, nature, and accounting item;
- Analysis of accounting entries.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in the Purchasing/Supply area working as a Consultant, Specialist, or Senior Analyst in consulting firms or other sectors conducting processes of high, medium, and low complexity;
- Proficiency in Strategic Sourcing and Spend Assessment/Analysis methodologies;
- Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint required;
- Fluent English.
Activities:
- Conduct complex purchasing and contracting processes in the Operational and Corporate areas of the company using the Strategic Sourcing methodology;
- Issuance of Purchase Orders and Contracts;
- Periodic realization and updating of the Spend Assessment analysis to identify cost reduction opportunities;
- Identification and implementation of improvements in the Supply processes.
