Mid-Level Analyst for the Budget and Cost Management

Requirements:

• Academic background: Administration, Accounting, and Economics;
• Desirable: Specialization in Finance (ongoing/completed);
• Desirable: Knowledge of SAP;
• Experience in the areas: Budget, Planning, and Costs;
• Advanced English;
• Proficiency in Office Suite (Advanced Excel – VBA);
• Knowledge of Accounting.

Activities:

• Preparation of the Monthly Report of Actual vs. Budgeted / Variance Analysis;
• Monitoring of administrative expenses / operational costs;
• Analysis/Consolidation of budget, cost center, nature, and accounting item;
• Analysis of accounting entries.

Supply Analyst – Senior

Requirements:

• Solid experience in the Purchasing/Supply area working as a Consultant, Specialist, or Senior Analyst in consulting firms or other sectors conducting processes of high, medium, and low complexity;
• Proficiency in Strategic Sourcing and Spend Assessment/Analysis methodologies;
• Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint required;
• Fluent English.

Activities:

• Conduct complex purchasing and contracting processes in the Operational and Corporate areas of the company using the Strategic Sourcing methodology;
• Issuance of Purchase Orders and Contracts;
• Periodic realization and updating of the Spend Assessment analysis to identify cost reduction opportunities;
• Identification and implementation of improvements in the Supply processes.
