Full Analyst for Budget and Cost Management

Requirements:

• Education: Administration, Accounting and Economics;
• Desirable: Specialization in Finance (ongoing/finalized);
• Desirable: SAP knowledge;
• Experience in the areas: Budget, Planning and Costs;
• Advanced English;
• Domain Office Package (Advanced Excel - VBA);
• Accounting knowledge.

Activities:

• Elaboration of the Monthly Report of Real x Budget / Analysis of deviations;
• Monitoring of administrative expenses / operating costs;
• Analysis/Consolidation of budget, cost center, nature and accounting item;
• Analysis of accounting entries.

Supply Analyst - Sr.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in the Purchasing/Supply area working as a Consultant, Specialist, or Senior Analyst in Consulting companies or other sectors conducting high, medium and low complexity processes;
• Domain of Strategic Sourcing and Spend Assessment/Analysis methodologies;
• Mandatory advanced level in Excel and Powerpoint;
• Fluent English.

Activities:

• Conduct complex purchasing and contracting processes for the Operational and Corporate areas of the company using the Strategic Sourcing methodology;
• Issue of Purchase Orders and Contracts;
• Performing and periodically updating the Spend Assessment analysis to identify cost reduction opportunities;
• Identification and implementation of process improvements in the Procurement area.
