Shortly after, the Public Server Asset Formation Program (Pasep) emerged in the same year, through Complementary Law No. 8, aiming to serve public servants.
Since 1988, after the promulgation of the Federal Constitution, the government started allocating the collected resources to the Labor Support Fund (FAT). This fund is responsible for paying Unemployment Insurance, in addition to the salary bonus.
However, in 2020, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the federal government postponed the payment of PIS/Pasep 2021. As a result, the regular schedule was only resumed in 2022.

4-Correct information declared in RAIS or eSocial by December 2024.
