The City Hall of Itaquaquecetuba, in Greater São Paulo, announced the opening of 3.8 thousand job openings in various areas and education levels, through the Itaquá Mais Emprego platform. The program is aimed at professional placement and the mediation of labor between candidates and partner companies in the municipality.

The opportunities include operational, administrative, and customer service roles, with a focus on positions for telemarketing operators, general services assistants, attendants, drivers, cashiers, cleaning assistants, and welders. The requirements vary by position, and some openings do not require prior experience, increasing the chances for those seeking their first job.

Job Profile and Areas of Activity

The selection process conducted by the City Hall of Itaquaquecetuba covers companies located in the municipality and neighboring cities, such as Ferraz de Vasconcelos, Poá, Suzano, and Mogi das Cruzes. The openings cover sectors such as commerce, industry, logistics, services, and public service.

In addition to operational positions, there are openings for technical and administrative roles, allowing professionals with different education levels from elementary to higher education to find compatible options with their profile.

The program has been one of the main entry points into the job market in the metropolitan region.

Requirements and Conditions for Participation

Those interested should register on the Itaquá Mais Emprego platform, managed by the Municipal Secretariat of Economic Development.

The registration is free and can be done in person or online. After registration, the candidate has access to the updated job board, where they can monitor new opportunities and submit their resume directly to participating companies.

The number of openings is dynamic and may change as positions are filled.

Salary and benefits have not been disclosed, as they vary according to the position and the hiring company. In many cases, the openings include transportation, meals, and additional benefits, according to the internal policies of each contractor.

Focus on Employability and Inclusion

The Itaquá Mais Emprego program seeks to strengthen the inclusion of young people, adults, and individuals with low education levels in the formal job market, offering support during the selection process and prioritizing the referral of local residents.

Some openings do not require experience, which broadens accessibility for candidates seeking their first job.

The process is ongoing, and new openings may be added throughout the period, according to the demands of partner companies.

Candidates can also receive in-person guidance on resume building and interview etiquette at the Itaquá Mais Emprego service units.
