When Will the Announcement of the Public Contest Faetec Be Released
There will be reserved positions at Faetec for people with disabilities, black individuals, indigenous people, and economically disadvantaged individuals. Hiring will be conducted for a period of two years, with a single extension permitted for an equal period. The offer will be for professionals with diplomas ranging from specialized high school to postgraduate degrees. The initial salaries for positions in the public contest Faetec reach R$ 4.3 thousand. The announcement with the rules of the selection process will be published in the coming months.
It is worth mentioning that the last contest for temporaries at Faetec took place two years ago, when the foundation published an announcement with 635 opportunities. The offer was for positions at the medium/technical and higher education levels. Applications were received on the Faetec’s official website. The selection process was conducted in a single phase, with eliminatory and classificatory character: evaluation of titles and candidate experience.
This phase consisted of the analysis of the curriculum, taking into account academic background and experience in carrying out activities duly accompanied by the respective supporting documents. Those who achieved the highest score based on the evaluation of titles and experience relevant to the position were classified in this public contest Faetec.
New Positions at Faetec for Permanent Positions Should Emerge Soon
In addition to the positions at Faetec for temporaries, the foundation is also seeking authorization to conduct a public contest with more than 400 positions for permanent roles. To enable the process, vacancies identified after the state of Rio de Janeiro joined the Fiscal Recovery Regime (June 2021) were analyzed. A total of 482 positions were found, with 407 for teachers. This will likely be the number of opportunities offered in the announcement for permanent positions.
The process has already received a favorable opinion from the Economic-Financial Monitoring and Oversight Commission of the Fiscal Recovery Regime of Rio de Janeiro (COMISSARF). It is currently under analysis by the Secretary of the Civil House. The Annual Budget Law (LOA) for 2024 for the State of Rio includes a forecast for a new contest for the Foundation for Support to Technical Schools.
