The Municipality of Vidal Ramos, in the Vale do Itajaí, is holding an open public competition for the filling of 19 permanent positions in different areas and education levels.
Governed by notice no. 01/2025 and organized by Actio Assessoria, the selection offers salaries ranging from R$ 1,562.40 to R$ 6,995.93, with workweeks of up to 44 hours, as well as stages for objective, practical, and title tests for certain positions.
The opportunities include operational, support, and higher education positions, with a focus on drivers, assistants, and operational agents, as well as vacancies in the education and health sectors.

Positions and Jobs Available in the Vidal Ramos Competition
For candidates who are literate, the notice reserves two positions for the role of Operational Agent, a function aimed at support and maintenance activities in different sectors of the Municipality.
These professionals will perform general tasks related to the maintenance of public spaces, loading and unloading materials, and other responsibilities outlined in the internal regulations.
Among those who have completed the initial grades of elementary education, there are six positions distributed in roles directly linked to the urban and rural services of the municipality.
The notice indicates opportunities for General Services Assistant, Driver, Equipment Operator, and Agricultural Machine Operator, comprising the group of positions aimed at cleaning, transportation, and operation of machines used in the city’s routine.
For candidates with completed elementary education, there is one position for General Attendant, a professional who provides support in public service and basic administrative activities in municipal bodies.
At the high school level, the competition offers four positions for School Transport Monitors, responsible for accompanying students during transportation, guiding boarding and disembarking, and assisting with organization inside the vehicles.
The vacancies for completed higher education total six opportunities.
The notice provides for four positions for Pedagogy Teachers, aimed at municipal basic education, in addition to one position for Dentist and one for Speech Therapist, both intended to strengthen the public health network.
These professionals must meet the requirements for specific training and registration with the relevant professional council, when applicable.
Salaries and Work Hours Forecasted in the Notice
According to the notice and its amendments, the approved candidates will work with a weekly workload of between 20 and 44 hours, depending on the position.
The initial remuneration ranges from R$ 1,562.40 to R$ 6,995.93, a bracket that includes operational functions, mid-level positions, and higher-level roles in education and health.
The most recent update to the document corrected the salary of Equipment Operator, however, maintaining the salary cap of the selection close to R$ 7 thousand.
Thus, the competition presents itself as an opportunity for candidates who are literate, with elementary, high school, or higher education in search of stability in municipal public service.
In addition to the base salary, professionals may be entitled to benefits prescribed by local legislation, such as allowances and specific bonuses, where applicable.
How the Objective, Practical, and Title Tests Will Be Conducted
All positions will undergo the objective test, a stage common to all applicants.
According to the schedule, the assessment is scheduled for the morning of January 11, 2026, lasting three hours.
The exam will consist of 40 multiple-choice questions, distributed among Portuguese Language, Mathematics, General Knowledge, and Specific Knowledge, according to the defined program content for each role.
The performance on the objective test will have eliminatory and classificatory characteristics.
The score obtained will serve both to verify the minimum required and to rank candidates within each position.
For positions requiring practical skills, the notice establishes a practical test in a stage following the objective test.
Candidates for Operational Agent, General Services Assistant, Driver, Equipment Operator, and Agricultural Machine Operator must demonstrate the ability to perform tasks related to the job’s responsibilities.
In the case of the Pedagogy Teacher position, the selection process includes a title test, which is classificatory in nature.
In this phase, additional academic qualifications, training courses, and professional experience in education will be evaluated.
Schedule, Fees, and Participation Details
The notice sets the period for registrations between November 10 and December 9, starting at 10 AM and ending at 3 PM.
Registrations must be made exclusively online, through the Actio Assessoria website, the company responsible for organizing the selection.
To confirm participation, the candidate must pay the registration fee, which varies according to the education level required for the position.
The amounts are R$ 50, R$ 70, or R$ 100, depending on the level of education provided for in the competition.
The notice also specifies deadlines for the disclosure of answer keys, preliminary results, and the final list of classified candidates, as well as periods for appeals at each stage.
These dates may be adjusted through amendments officially disclosed.
How to Register for the Vidal Ramos Municipality Competition
Anyone intending to apply for one of the positions should check notice no. 01/2025 on the Municipality’s website or on the Actio Assessoria page to verify requirements, documents, and program content.
During the registration period, just access the examination board’s website, fill out the electronic form, select the desired position, and generate the payment guide for the fee, which ranges between R$ 50 and R$ 100.
After confirming the payment within the deadline, the candidate will be eligible to take the objective test scheduled for January 11, 2026.
