QSMS Assistant – Temporary – Rio das Ostras, RJ 

Bachelor’s Degree Required; knowledge in the area is desirable. 

Main Activities: 

• Ensure compliance with the conditions of the Operating License of the Base, analyzing them and developing an action plan to demonstrate compliance with each one. 
• Ensure that applicable environmental legal requirements for the Drilling Rigs and Base are met, checking in the company’s legal requirement system for any questions to be answered in the questionnaire and whether there are requirements to be met. 
• Ensure compliance with the conditions of the Operating License of the Drilling Rigs, fulfilling customer requests. 

Purchasing Assistant – Rio das Ostras, RJ 

High School Diploma Required; English is desirable. 

Main Activities: 

• Responsible for assisting in the purchasing processes of materials; 
• Responsible for sending and confirming purchase orders with suppliers; 
• Responsible for following up on purchase orders with domestic and international suppliers; 
• Responsible for verifying material registration in the systems; 
• Responsible for generating purchase requests to meet the sector’s needs. 

Warehouseman Base – Rio das Ostras, RJ 

High School with Technical Degree in Mechanics, Industrial Automation, or related fields; desirable knowledge in the area. 

Main Activities: 

• Registration of incoming and outgoing materials and equipment; 
• Inventory updates; 
• Requesting the purchase of materials and equipment; 
• Stock replenishment; 
• Area organization; 
• Segregation of materials available for shipment.
