Many vacancies for candidates with no experience looking for their first job in the Internship 2021 program, opened by one of the world leaders in the food sector, the multinational Danone. The Danone Group is one of the world leaders in the food sector and comprises three divisions: Fresh and plant-based dairy products, Water and Danone Nutricia. The multinational is present in more than 130 countries on five continents and has more than 100 employees and 190 factories. The vacancies opened by the multinational Danone, for the 2021 Internship Programs, are for higher education students and recent graduates from different areas of activity, in search of their first job. People from all over Brazil can apply.

As in previous years, the process will be 100% Online (from application to final interview) and blind, which excludes criteria such as age, course or college and aims to attract candidates from different ethnicities and regions, and does not require English as a prerequisite. To compete for a vacancy, it is necessary to be enrolled and attend the penultimate or last year of higher education, have knowledge of logic and willingness to develop and face great challenges.

According to Danone, the objective is to find people who are more in tune with Danone and with the vacancy, in addition to identifying with the company's purpose and causes, prioritizing behavioral skills and cultural fit.

The novelty of the 2021 Internship Program is that it will be conducted entirely by the Danone team, without the help of any consultancy, using Kenoby's recruitment and selection software - and, after the process, a bank of talents will be formed for use by Danone during the year, which can generate opportunities for applicants beyond the program.
