After the massive selection process for hiring 694 professionals for the P50 and P58 campaign, Elfe Engenharia returns to the market by opening offshore positions, showing that it still has many contracts to fulfill and professionals to select.
In a recent social media publication, Elfe Engenharia announced the opening of a selection process for the immediate hiring of Offshore Planning Technicians and Inspectors for boarding.
All offshore positions require a level of certification higher than normal, so see below the requirements demanded by the company and at the end of the article what they need to do to apply for the positions.

Offshore Planning Technician
- Technical Education in Instrumentation, Industrial Automation, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrotechnics, or Mechanics from an institution recognized by the MEC; Registration with CFT;
- Up-to-date CBSP.
- Responsibilities: Register in the maintenance management system the technical data and maintenance task lists for the equipment in compliance with the Operational Unit (UO) maintenance plan; Forward the maintenance orders issued by the UO maintenance management system to those responsible for carrying out the services; Input in the maintenance management system the maintenance tasks defined by Petrobras inspection, performed on the equipment and systems of the UO; and other activities. ME/LP/PM Climbing Inspector
- Qualification in thickness measurement (ME), Liquid Penetrant (LP), and Magnetic Particles (PM);
- Up-to-date CBSP and Rope Access.
- Responsibilities: Plan and inspect the activities carried out by the welding team, plan and inspect pipelines, equipment, structures, and others with thickness measurement, liquid penetrant, and magnetic particles; Use industrial climbing techniques and rope access.
Painting Climbing Inspector
- Qualification according to ABNT NBR 15218 – “Criteria for Qualification and Certification of Industrial Painting Inspectors” or qualified by NACE plus the ABRACO painting inspector course;
- Responsibilities: Plan and inspect the activities carried out by the painting team; Use industrial climbing techniques and rope access.
