Applications open until 23/10 for job openings in Raízen's talent program for newly graduated professionals in the trainee role

Raízen's trainee program is designed to leverage your career towards the top. The selected trainees will develop high-impact projects, accompanied by leadership and mentors who closely monitor all growth since the beginning. The vacancies are aimed at professionals with up to two years of graduation.

Raízen is a sugar and ethanol producer that offers different forms of energy to mobilize people and boost business. It is present in the sugar in your coffee, in hygiene and beauty products, in the fuel for cars and planes and in the forefront of new forms of energy, which drive factories and make life and the economy spin.

Accompanied by company leaders, you will develop high-impact projects over the course of 16 months, the duration of the program. You will have the opportunity to participate in a job rotation and have a robust development program, with mentoring, training, interface with the vice president and immersion in the company's business.

WHO CAN APPLY?

  • Professionals from all locations and with graduation training, from all courses, between January 2019 and December 2020.
  • It is important that you are available for change and travel. (Most positions will be in São Paulo or the interior of SP, but there are also positions outside the state of São Paulo).
  • English is not a mandatory prerequisite.

ROOT SELECTION PROCESS

Raízen's trainee selection process is 100% online, conducted in partnership with the EURECA consulting firm. It will last until December/2020, with hiring scheduled for January/2021.

The steps include: SITE REGISTRATION; TESTS; BUSINESS CASE ONLINE; BUSINESS PANEL; DIRECTORS INTERVIEW; VPS PANEL* (Depending on the pandemic situation, it may be in person)

“Each stage may last approximately 20 to 30 days, but rest assured, with each phase change you will receive an update on the process. Keep an eye on your spam box, all replies will be sent by email”, says Raízen.
