The Trainee Program will last 12 months and will include three essential stages. During this period, participants will have the opportunity to develop technical and behavioral skills in a stimulating corporate environment.

Requirements to Participate in the Trainee Program with a Salary of R$ 6,500.00

Have knowledge of the Office package;
Be enrolled in bachelor’s or technological courses (except health area);
Have completed the education between July 2022 and December 2023;
Possess knowledge of English;
Availability for travel to commercial units;
Reside in São Paulo (SP) or São José do Rio Preto (SP);
Availability to work in a hybrid regime.

Selection Process for Trainee Positions

The selection process for the Rodobens Trainee Program 2024 will consist of several stages, including logic tests, cultural fit evaluation, MindMatch, group dynamics, individual case study, and presentation to the company’s CEO. The program is scheduled to start on January 15, 2024.
