Trainee Program Launched by General Motors for 2023 Will Have Special Edition Focused Exclusively on Women. Enrollment Will Be Done Through the Company’s Website Cia de Talentos.

The Track GM 2023 trainee program, launched by General Motors, will feature a special edition aimed specifically at women as a novelty this year. The selection process to apply for the trainee program has already begun, and interested candidates have until February 9 to register on the Cia de Talentos website.

Since then, General Motors has aimed to be more inclusive toward this audience, with the purpose of leading the automotive industry in its transformation and evolution process, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) present in the UN’s 2030 Agenda.

With a total duration of 3 years, the trainee program promotes rotation in various areas of the company. The rotation aims to assist the trainee in having a global view of the production process through the development of strategic projects by the participants.

Throughout the training, participants will also have access to management skills exercises, mentoring, and opportunities to boost their careers through various online courses offered by the company on a development platform.

The positions are intended for recently graduated professionals in fields related to Purchasing and Supply Chain, Sales, After-Sales, Marketing and Connected Services, Manufacturing, Finance, and Engineering.

• Graduation completed between December 2019 and December 2022, intended only for bachelor’s degree courses, which can be on-site or online;

• Availability to work on-site in São Caetano do Sul/SP;

• Willingness to travel and relocate;

• Knowledge of the English language will be considered a plus.
