Candidates interested in the EAD Tutor vacancies at the Federal Institute must hold a graduate diploma recognized by the MEC, and have proven professional experience as a teacher, trainer, content creator, or tutor in Distance Education (EaD) courses.
It is also necessary to have availability for synchronous work in the evening and on Saturdays, ease of use of computers with internet access, and tools such as email, web conferencing, chat, forum, Moodle, WhatsApp, and Telegram. Availability to respond to calls from the General and Deputy Coordination of UAB, IFSP, and the Course Coordination is required.

Applications for the selection process to work from home are open from January 8, 2025, to January 24, 2025, through the institution’s website. The Federal Institute’s selection will consist of a single stage of title analysis, totaling 100 points.
Classification will follow the strict order of obtained points, considering criteria such as qualifications, experience in Inclusive Education, and performance in EaD. In case of a tie, tie-breaking criteria such as age, greater experience, and qualifications will be applied.
The approved candidates for the EAD Tutor vacancies to work 4 hours a day will receive a grant of R$ 1,100 for a workload of 20 hours per month, the amount of which will be subject to the budget availability of CAPES. It is important to highlight that the granting of the scholarship does not create an employment relationship with IFSP or CAPES.
