The Chance to Obtain a Technical Degree Has Arrived! Federal Institute Opens Dozens of Vacancies in Free Online and In-Person Technical Courses for Those Who Dream of Starting a Technical Career
The Federal Institute of Brasília is offering 450 vacancies for free technical courses aimed at those who have already completed high school. The opportunities are for free courses in both in-person and distance learning (EAD) modalities, in areas such as Administration, Systems Development, Events, and Public Services.
This initiative is part of a pilot project by IF that aims to reduce the time required for the selection process. The free technical courses have an estimated duration of between one year and one and a half years, covering the areas already mentioned, such as Systems Development, Administration, Public Services, and Event Production.
Important Dates: Each Free Technical Course Has Specific Registration Dates, According to the Following Calendar

Rules to Compete for the Vacancies Offered by the Federal Institute:
- It is prohibited to enroll in more than one course per CPF.
- In case of unfilled vacancies, a new registration opportunity for the technical courses will occur from May 27 to 31, 2024.
Quota Policy and Vacancy Reservations: There are quotas and various forms of vacancy reservations for the offered technical courses, including for those who studied entirely in public schools. Details about the necessary documents can be checked on the IFB website.

Registration
For registration in the free online technical courses, candidates must attend in person, following the order of arrival. It is necessary to bring documents specified in the notice available on the institution’s website.
