The New Raízen Program Seeks Young People Aged 16 To 21 To Work In Administrative, Technical And Operational Areas, Offering Benefits, Professional Training And Opportunities In Various Brazilian Cities

Raízen announced the opening of 400 positions for apprentices in different units spread across the country. The opportunities are part of a structured program to provide the first step into the job market for young people who want to gain practical experience and professional development.

The positions cover administrative, technical, and operational areas, with activities in offices, plants, and bases of the company. The goal is to train new talents and prepare professionals with practical and technical insight into the energy sector, combining learning and real insertion into the corporate environment.

Who Can Participate In The Selection Process

Young people aged 16 to 21 years and 11 months who are currently studying or have completed high school or technical education can apply for the Raízen apprentice positions.

For positions linked to SENAI, it is necessary to enroll after approval in the selection process. No prior professional experience is required, which reinforces the program’s inclusion and training nature.

The Raízen selection process includes online tests, group dynamics, and interviews with area managers.

The format aims to assess the behavioral profile and development potential of candidates, prioritizing diversity and engagement with continuous learning.

Benefits And Development Track

The selected apprentices will have access to a benefits package that includes transportation assistane or shuttle service, health and dental plans, food vouchers or basic food baskets, and the Profit Participation Program (PPR).

One of the differentiators is the development track, which combines theoretical and practical training, aligned with the demands of each area of operation.

The goal of Raízen is to promote a complete learning cycle, with technical and behavioral follow-up.

During the program, young people learn about safety, the environment, productivity, and process management, acquiring skills that may open doors for future permanent hiring within the company.

Areas And Cities With Open Positions

The positions are divided between two profiles: Administrative Apprentice and Technical and Operational Apprentice.

In the first, the focus is on supporting administrative tasks, document control and spreadsheets, customer service, and organizing internal routines.

In the second, the apprentice participates in maintenance activities, calibration, workshop organization, and technical support, always with specific follow-up and training.

The opportunities are distributed across the company’s units in cities such as São Paulo, Paulínia, Piracicaba, Recife, Brasília, Jataí, Lagoa da Prata, Araraquara, Tarumã, Ourinhos, and Guarulhos, among others.

The national reach reinforces Raízen’s role as one of the largest employers in the energy sector in the country, with a presence in all regions.

How To Apply For Raízen Positions

Applications for the Raízen selection process are open until November 30, exclusively through the website aprendizraizen.com.

After registration, candidates should follow the selection steps and keep their data updated in the system.

The recommendation is to apply as soon as possible, as demand is high and the number of positions is limited.

Approved young people will be directed to the units closest to their location, according to availability and the professional profile identified in the process.
