This Friday (10/4), the mining company Vale, one of the largest mining companies in the world, announced the opening of a selection process for the position of Maintenance Technical Assistant to work 3 days a week. The opportunity is exclusive to women, reinforcing Vale’s commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Requirements Required by the Mining Company Vale to Apply for the Selection Process

To apply for the selection process at Vale and work 3 days a week, it is necessary to have a completed technical degree in mechanics or electromechanics + active CFT, experience in maintaining Caterpillar off-road equipment, basic Office Suite skills, desirable CNH category B, and desirable knowledge of SAP and PM systems.

Interested candidates must be available to work from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM on a 3×3 shift. Applications will close in October, and those approved in the selection process will be responsible for performing maintenance on Mobile Equipment, complying with operating norms, procedures, and maintenance control systems.

They will also be responsible for replacing components or subassemblies, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mine equipment, using computerized maintenance systems, operating auxiliary equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes, and similar.
