Refit is opening opportunities for Trainee positions. The 2020 Program is now accepting applications. This is the first time the company is holding this type of selection in search of young talents to work in positions in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. In Refit’s Trainee Program, participants will work in different areas of the company across various departments. The trainees will work directly with the company’s executives, who will be their mentors throughout the process. Applications are now open and will be accepted until October 27.
Candidates must have completed their degree between 2017 and 2019 and possess Advanced English skills. Areas of Interest include:

The Company
Refit (Manguinhos Refinery) has been operating for over 60 years in oil refining and is the only private refinery in the country dedicated to the production of A Gasoline. Situated on an area of approximately 600,000 square meters and with an important logistical advantage, the company is located along the Avenida Brasil, in the city of Rio de Janeiro.
The refinery maintains one of the largest liquid storage parks in the country, with a capacity exceeding 200 million liters. In the last three years, the company has invested around R$ 64 million for the complete modernization of its facilities, and by December 2020, an additional R$ 35 million is expected to be invested to increase its capacity and optimize its processes.
