Regazzo Is Developing Software That Will Enable Industry to Centralize Its Processes and Ensure Both Greater Productivity and Lower Costs in Activities. 

According to the press office of Regazzo, investments in software technology lead the industry to produce more and, consequently, improve its revenue returns. This is extremely positive for the full development of an institution. The software-producing company  reported that it is hiring new professionals interested in working on the project, which aims to help companies automate the control of all their processes to perform their tasks intelligently. With this in mind, the institution notes that, just in 2016, the number of brands that began centralizing their processes through programs increased significantly to 69%. And, in an increasingly globalized world, this activity is more than necessary.

According to  Araya, updates are becoming necessary, even for brands that already have  some digital system, as MES and SCADA are subject to changes within 10 to 15 years, leading to user loss because they fall short of current technologies.

With this in mind, Regazzo stated that it is developing a Smart Production Suite for one of the largest companies in  pulp and paper extraction, which will allow cost reduction and increased productivity. The goal, according to  the brand, is to achieve greater efficiency in environmental and industrial management while also strategically and environmentally improving the contracting company’s tactics. 

The application is expected to be used soon but aims at the pulp company’s goals for the year 2030. Alan, who works with the  software-producing brand, states that it is crucial for industries, even those with long-term goals, to start developing applications now to centralize production and improve internal logistics. In developing their centralization tools, they should utilize everything that industry and 4.0 marketing can offer. 

Alan, who serves as a senior member of the ISA (International Society of Automation), stated in a press conference that the  creation of this application also fills another gap, which is about the integration of sensory systems. 

The company’s client believes that the project will be one of the largest integrators, as it will house a centralization of the entire ecosystem.
