SELECTION PROCESS
The PPSA selection process will be conducted in two main stages, with objective tests for all positions and written tests exclusive to lawyers and oil and gas specialists. The objective tests will consist of 60 questions covering Portuguese Language, English Language, and Specific Knowledge. To be approved, candidates must achieve at least 50% of the total score and not score less than 30% in any subject.
For positions that require a written test, candidates will answer two questions related to Portuguese Language and the specific content of the area. The evaluation will carry significant weight, eliminating anyone who does not achieve 50% of the total points. This structure aims to select highly qualified professionals to join the PPSA team.
The contest reserves 5% of the vacancies for People with Disabilities (PWDs) and 20% for self-declared Black candidates, ensuring inclusion and diversity within the company’s workforce.
