Santander Invites Young People from All Over Brazil to Free Online Technology Courses and Offers Job Opportunities to Candidates. Secure Your Spot Now!

The largest bank in the Eurozone, Santander, is accepting applications for 50,000 scholarships for free online Information Technology courses. The training will last for 75 days, targeting young people interested in technology who wish to develop their knowledge to enter the job market.

The free technology course offered by Santander is the result of a partnership between three areas of the institution: Santander Universidades, IT, and HR. The goal is to train professionals ready to work in the job market, based on academic concepts using agile methodologies.

In Brazil, which has the largest deficit among 10 evaluations of Latin countries, it is estimated that by 2024 there will be a need for over 300,000 professionals in the technology field.

The training will be online. The methodology aims for practical learning and includes instructors active in the market to help students carry out projects.

According to the lesson plan, the idea is for students to have sufficient knowledge to enter the job market by the end of the course.
