What Is The ALI Program?
The Local Innovation Agents Program (ALI) is an initiative created to train selected fellows who will act as consultants to improve the management of micro and small businesses.
The mission is clear: to identify specific needs and offer tailored solutions, whether for urban or rural companies.
The program has two modalities:
- ALI Productivity: Focused on serving micro and small businesses in various management and technology areas.
- ALI Rural: Directed towards small rural producers and agribusinesses.
Selected professionals will have the chance to apply methodologies developed by Sebrae-SP, in addition to receiving an attractive scholarship.
Details Of The Job Openings And Remuneration
The program offers remunerations that range from R$ 5 thousand to R$ 6.5 thousand, depending on the role and project. See how the opportunities are distributed:
Positions With A Remuneration Of R$ 6.5 Thousand
- ALI Productivity: 20 positions for start in March 2026 + 80 for reserve registration.
- ALI Rural: 10 positions for start in June 2026 + 40 for reserve registration.
Positions With A Remuneration Of R$ 5 Thousand
- ALI Productivity: 400 positions for immediate start + 1,600 for reserve registration.
- ALI Rural: 200 positions for start in August 2025 + 800 for reserve registration.
In total, there are 2,520 positions for reserve registration throughout the state of São Paulo, in addition to the 630 immediate opportunities.
Who Can Apply?
The prerequisites vary according to the project:
- ALI Productivity: Completed degree in areas such as management, engineering, information technology, data, among others.
- ALI Rural: Degree in agribusiness, agrarian studies, or related fields.
Applications for ALI Productivity are open until January 7, 2025, while those for ALI Rural remain open until January 24, 2025.
How Does The Selection Process Work?
Sebrae adopts a rigorous selection process divided into three stages:
- Knowledge Evaluation and Writing Test.
- Document Verification.
- Interview.
The final results will be announced on different dates:
- February 25, 2025 for ALI Productivity.
- March 31, 2025 for ALI Rural.
