In addition to classroom activities, the professional must implement continuous assessment methods, participate in pedagogical meetings, and ensure the quality of the educational process in accordance with the SENAI-SP standards.
Proficiency in educational tools and digital applications is considered essential for performing the functions, reflecting the institution’s emphasis on innovation and practical teaching.
Stages and Criteria of the Selection Process
The selection process will consist of screening, curriculum analysis, verification of requirements, technical evaluation, behavioral evaluation, and final interview.
The stages may occur either in-person or online, and the candidate must follow up on all communications sent exclusively by email.
The institution emphasizes that duplicate applications will not be accepted and that the curriculum must be sent only through the Lattes platform in text format (.doc, .pdf, .txt, or .rtf), excluding image files.
