The National Service for Industrial Training (SENAI) opened a position for basic professional education instructor in Nova Prata, Rio Grande do Sul, with a base salary of R$ 5,637.81, in addition to significant benefits aimed at health, food, and pension. The opportunity is targeted at professionals with technical training or qualification courses in the field of Electromechanics and experience in industrial processes, offering full-time hours from Monday to Friday.

The approved professional will work in pedagogical and operational activities, teaching practical and theoretical classes in professional education, as well as preparing lesson plans, reports, and performance evaluations.

The instructor is expected to have a technical profile combined with didactics, participating in meetings, projects, and actions focused on innovation and continuous improvement in the teaching environment.

The theoretical test covers Portuguese, mathematics, logical reasoning, and financial mathematics, focusing on interpretation, calculation, and analytical problem-solving.

In the practical activity, the candidate must deliver a technical mini-lesson of 20 to 30 minutes, using resources such as a laptop, multimedia, and whiteboard.

The goal is to assess didactic capacity, technical mastery, and clarity in communication, key competencies for the instructor role.

Work Schedule and Location

The contract provides for a workload of 40 hours per week, from 7:45 AM to 11:45 AM and from 1:15 PM to 5:15 PM, from Monday to Friday, based in the SENAI Nova Prata (RS) unit.

The position requires driver’s license category B and availability for occasional travel, as per the demands of the courses and extension projects developed by the institution.
