The National Service for Industrial Training (SENAI) opened a position for Professional Training Instructor II in Campinas, with a salary that can reach R$ 8,368.61 and attractive benefits, such as meal voucher of R$ 990, private pension, and daycare assistance. The opportunity is aimed at professionals with technical or higher education in the fields of Refrigeration, Mechanics, Electricity, Electroelectronic or Mechatronics, interested in working in the training of new professionals in the White Line.

Applications were reopened until November 9, 2025, and the selection process will be conducted through the Recrut.Ai platform. The position is in-person and permanent, aimed at the city of Campinas (SP), and offers hourly or monthly modality, defined according to the institution’s needs.

Technical Requirements and Required Education

To apply for the position, the candidate must have a degree in Engineering or Technology in the fields of Refrigeration, Mechanics, Electricity, Electroelectronic or Mechatronics.

Also accepted are technical high school graduates in the same fields, or professionals with a high school diploma and proven qualification in Refrigeration or Mechanics.

In addition to education, practical experience in the maintenance of White Line equipment, such as refrigerators, stoves, washing machines, and air conditioners, is required.

Knowledge of refrigeration systems, refrigerant fluids, electricity, and measuring instruments is considered essential.

Activities and Work Routine

The selected professional will be responsible for planning, preparing, and conducting technical and practical teaching activities, aimed at the initial and continued training of students.

Among the responsibilities are preparation of teaching environments, the use of advanced technology equipment and instruments, and evaluation of student performance.

Also part of the responsibilities is guiding teams in business consultancy, as well as executing technical services related to the field of Residential Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.

The working hours will be Monday to Thursday from 6:36 PM to 10:45 PM, Friday from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Selection Process Stages

The selection process will consist of several stages, including screening, curricular analysis, proof of requirements, technical, practical and behavioral evaluation, in addition to a final interview.

The format will be either in-person or online as decided by SESI-SENAI/SP, which may be communicated up to 24 hours in advance.

It is important that candidates keep their data and emails up to date, as all communications will be made exclusively by email.
