Unprecedented Partnership Between SENAI and CPL Bioenergia CEISE Br Offers Free Training on 4.0 Industry Technologies Focused on Bioenergy; Registrations Open Until April 11.
In a strategic action to strengthen professional training in the bioenergy sector, SENAI Ettore Zanini School, in partnership with CEISE Br, launches a new free qualification program.
The initiative is part of the CPL Bioenergia CEISE Br, which aims to enhance the adoption of innovative and sustainable technologies in the sector’s production chain.
The first offering of the program, titled “Enabling Technologies – Industry 4.0”, will begin on April 14.

With a workload of 34 hours, the training encompasses fundamental concepts of Industry 4.0, such as automation, Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence, and advanced manufacturing, directing its application to the bioenergy sector.
Free Qualification with Limited Spots
Registrations are already open and can be made until April 11, exclusively through the link: https://forms.gle/ZLdRaKZdfA78FMHD8.
Each class will consist of 20 participants, prioritized for employees of companies associated with CEISE Br — with one spot per company.
Classes will take place at SENAI headquarters, located at Av. Fioravante Magro, 230, Conj. Hab. Dr. Walter Antonio de Pádua Becker, in Sertãozinho (SP), every Tuesday and Thursday, from 6 PM to 10 PM.
Future Capacities Include Biogas, Green Hydrogen, and Biorefining
In addition to the inaugural opportunity, the partnership between SENAI and CEISE Br provides for other technical training focused on the sector’s trends and needs. The following courses are scheduled:
- Green Hydrogen – Production Routes and Main Types of Electrolyzers (40 hours);
- Biorefining Process for Waste Valorization in the Bioethanol Industry (80 hours);
- Treatment Techniques for Effluents for Biogas Production (80 hours).
These courses are part of a larger project made possible through a Funding Agreement signed between CEISE Br and the Government of the State of São Paulo, which enabled the hiring of SENAI for the execution of the trainings.

The project represents an important step towards modernizing the bioenergy sector in Brazil. According to Rafael Henrique de Melo Cunha, director of SENAI, the collaboration brings significant gains:
