Senai Courses Will Focus on Seven Areas of Technology and Be 100% Online

The National Service of Industrial Learning (Senai) has opened registrations for 10 online courses in the seven areas of technology that will be most in demand in 2022. The courses are paid and have prices starting at R$ 28.50. Registrations must be made on the institution’s website, and costs can be divided into up to 10 installments.

“The job market is undergoing changes with digitalization, and this process accelerated during the pandemic. Professionals will need to continually update with new tools and platforms and add knowledge to their careers. For young people, it is an opportunity to take the first steps in promising areas,” declared Mateus Simões, manager of Professional and Technological Education at Senai.

Artificial Intelligence

The online courses in artificial intelligence in the industry focus on applying advanced analysis in logic. Classes include topics such as machine learning for event interpretation, analysis of trends and system behaviors, in addition to supporting and automating decisions and actions. The subdivisions of the course are Artificial Intelligence in Industry, lasting 80 hours, for R$ 249.20; and Microsoft Azure – Introduction to Artificial Intelligence, lasting 40 hours, for R$ 284.80.

Soft Skills

Soft skills are abilities and competencies for working in the field. Among these are critical thinking, solving complex problems, leading and socially influencing, having emotional intelligence, being entrepreneurial, as well as being creative and innovative and learning actively. The Soft Skills – Industry 4.0 Professional Competences course lasts 40 hours and costs R$ 71.20.

Cloud

The technology for distributing computing services over the internet is being increasingly used in the industry, providing flexible resources and economies of scale. Senai is offering two online courses in this sector: Cloud Intermediate, with a load of 49 hours, for R$ 142.40; and Cloud Advanced, lasting 80 hours, for R$ 370.20.

Virtual and Augmented Reality

After Mark Zuckerberg announced the creation of the Metaverse, investing in virtual reality, the expectation is that this topic will be one of the most sought after this year. The goal of the technology is to transport the user to an innovative environment developed by computer. Augmented reality is the union of virtual elements or information with the real world, such as Instagram filters, for example.

The online courses offered in this sector are Development of Applications in Virtual and Augmented Reality, with a workload of 40 hours, for R$ 71.20; and Digitalization of Industrial Processes, lasting 60 hours, for R$ 106.80.

Big Data

Big Data combines statistical techniques and machine learning to extract important information from a volume of data that cannot be analyzed by humans. Regarding this topic, Senai offers online courses Exploring Big Data, lasting 40 hours, for R$ 71.20; and Applied Tools in Lean Manufacturing, with a workload of 60 hours, for R$ 106.80.

Python

From servers to desktop and web, the programming language Python is widely used in data processing, as it is a more accessible language. Senai offers online courses Python Essentials, lasting 80 hours, for R$ 266.50; and Connecting to Industry 4.0, lasting 40 hours, for R$ 71.20.

5G

Senai offers a course on the potential applications for the new generation of mobile internet, which will soon arrive in the Brazilian market, promising greater reach and speed. The newest network will enable the interconnection of equipment and devices, as well as access to innovations and household utilities. The course offered on this topic is 5G – HCIA – Applications Industry, lasting 8 hours, for R$ 28.50.
