The presentation to the board is scheduled for November 10, with evaluation based on criteria such as planning, communication, technical knowledge, and results orientation.
Required Documentation and Deadlines
During the process, the candidate must submit an official document with a photo (valid CNH B), diploma or certificate of completion of the technical course, and proof of active registration with COREN/SC. The absence of any of these documents will result in automatic disqualification.
The final score (NF) will be calculated by the weighted average between the Cultural Fit Test (TFC) and the Practical Assessment (AP), according to the formula:
NF = ((TFC + (AP × 2)) / 3). The final result will be announced on the official SESI website on November 11, at 1 PM.
