The Social Service of Industry (SESI) of Santa Catarina is offering a job opening for Nursing Technician at the unit in São José, in the Greater Florianópolis. This is a permanent position, under the CLT system, with a monthly workload of 200 hours and a base salary of R$ 3,485.29, along with corporate benefits.

Applications are open until November 5, 2025, with a curriculum assessment, cultural fit test, and competencies evaluation, in addition to practical steps and a presentation to an examining board. The publication of the final result is scheduled for November 11, at 1 PM.

Duties and Work Routine

The selected professional will be responsible for conducting occupational exams, analyzing schedules and medical records, administering vaccines, and organizing occupational health routines at the unit. Activities will be performed in person, during morning and afternoon periods, depending on the demand of the local team.

Mandatory Requirements and Differentials

To participate in the selection process, candidates must have completed Technical Nursing Course, active registration with COREN/SC, and a valid category B driver’s license. Additionally, availability for travel and compliance with the full monthly workload are required.

Among the desired requirements are experience in occupational health and outpatient services. Familiarity with safety protocols, vaccination campaigns, and electronic medical records management is considered a competitive advantage.

Selection Process Structure

The selection follows the notice 02572/2025 and will occur in distinct stages. After submitting the resume, the candidate must confirm the application by email and take the Cultural Fit and Competencies Test between October 24 and November 5. Only those who confirm their application within the deadline will be called for the next stages.

The curriculum analysis will be published on November 6, followed by the practical assessment, which consists of an online case study and presentation to the examining board. The resolution of the case will occur on November 7, with a total time of 120 minutes. The presentation to the board is scheduled for November 10, with evaluation based on criteria such as planning, communication, technical knowledge, and results orientation.

Required Documentation and Deadlines

During the process, the candidate must submit an official document with a photo (valid CNH B), diploma or certificate of completion of the technical course, and proof of active registration with COREN/SC. The absence of any of these documents will result in automatic disqualification.

The final score (NF) will be calculated by the weighted average between the Cultural Fit Test (TFC) and the Practical Assessment (AP), according to the formula:
NF = ((TFC + (AP × 2)) / 3). The final result will be announced on the official SESI website on November 11, at 1 PM.
