If you are looking for job openings in the field of Physical Education and are pursuing a bachelor’s degree, a new opportunity has arisen in the municipality of Panambi, in Rio Grande do Sul. SESI is offering an internship position with a stipend of R$1,289.35, plus benefits such as daily meal vouchers and transportation allowance. The position is aimed at students who are in their second semester or later and have an interest in working with weight training, group classes, and gym service.

With working hours from Monday to Friday, this is an excellent entry point for those who wish to develop in a professional environment and apply what they learn in the classroom. The selection is open until March 30, 2025, and interested parties should provide the required documentation and wait for the interview invitation.

Selection Process Sesi

The job vacancy announcement makes it clear that the selection process will be objective but very thorough. It consists of two stages: the first involves the analysis of supporting documentation, where it will be evaluated if the candidate is regularly enrolled in the Bachelor of Physical Education program and meets the minimum semester requirement. Details about previous experiences in gyms, especially with weight training, group classes, and student supervision, will also be considered in this screening.

The second stage of the process is a face-to-face interview with the manager of the SESI Panambi unit, where the student can discuss their experience, expectations for the internship, and availability. The selection seeks committed, communicative candidates who are adept at working with the public, as one of the main functions involves direct assistance to students and guidance on physical exercises. Contact will be made directly by email with the pre-selected candidates, so it is important to stay attentive to the inbox and spam folder.

Internship In Physical Education — Panambi/RS

The position is for work at the SESI Academy in Panambi, with practical activities involving exercise correction, explanation of equipment use, and participation in group classes for functional training, pilates, among others. Additionally, the intern will also be responsible for assisting in the execution of physical assessments, such as weight measurements, body fat percentage, and functional tests.

Working hours will be from 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM and from 9:45 AM to 11:30 AM from Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, the workday ends a bit earlier, from 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM and from 9:45 AM to 11:15 AM. This schedule is ideal for those who still have in-person classes in the afternoon or evening, allowing for a good balance with college.
