In Brazil, the Regulatory Standards (NRs) establish mandatory criteria to prevent accidents and occupational illnesses, making it crucial for qualified instructors to be involved.
Job Responsibilities
The hired professional will primarily be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training on the main NRs required for worker safety and health.
Among the topics covered in the training are the following standards:
- NR 35 – Work at Heights
- NR 33 – Safety and Health in Confined Space Work
- NR 11 – Transportation, Movement, Storage, and Handling of Materials
- NR 18 – Conditions and Environment of Work in the Construction Industry
- NR 05 – Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA)
In addition to teaching classes, the specialist will be tasked with planning, developing, and adapting activities according to the needs identified by clients. The training will primarily take place at the assigned unit, but there will be a need for travel to meet demands in neighboring cities, ensuring the qualification of workers throughout the region.
Requirements for the Position
To apply for the position, the professional must meet the following requirements:
- Academic Background: Completed Technical Education, Technical High School, or High School with qualification courses in occupational safety;
- Professional Experience: At least six months of experience in Occupational Safety, with emphasis on Regulatory Standards;
- Licensure: Valid National Driver’s License (CNH) category B;
- Differentials:
- Technical training in Occupational Safety;
- Previous experience in conducting training on NRs;
- Specific courses on NR 35, NR 33, NR 11, NR 18, and NR 05;
- Current accreditation with CBMSC (Military Fire Corps of Santa Catarina).
Working Conditions and Benefits
The selected professional will have a monthly workload of 200 hours, with a schedule of morning and afternoon, adjusted according to the unit’s demands. The contract will be on a monthly basis, for an indefinite period.
Work Location: São José/SC and surrounding areas.

The evaluation of candidates will be based on the weighted average of the curriculum analysis, using the following formula:
