Sesi-PE Has Hundreds of Openings Focused on Training People with Its Free Online Courses. The Programs Offer a Certificate of Completion at the End of Each Course.
The Social Service of Industry of Pernambuco (Sesi) announced the opening of registrations for two free online courses for professional improvement. In total, there are 300 openings, with 150 for the Customer Satisfaction course and another 150 for those looking to study Public Speaking Skills.

The Customer Satisfaction Course aims to promote specific knowledge about management focused on customer satisfaction, considering that every product or service offered goes through the scrutiny of a company’s clientele and that the quality of the service or product will always depend on the demand and the expectations that the customer places on them.
This course has a workload of 40 hours and includes content such as “Customer Concept, Products or Services?” “What’s the Difference,” and “Needs and Wants.”

The Public Speaking Skills Course will have a workload of 8 hours and aims to teach strategies to deal with physical symptoms and negative thoughts during project presentations in the workplace.
Among the contents, are: fear of public speaking, body language, strategies to learn to cope with anxiety, loss of control, the power of focus, the mind and fear, among others.
Learn How to Register for Free Online Courses
Interested individuals can register until January 15 or until all opportunities are filled. Registrations take place online through the Sesi website.
The institution emphasizes that interested individuals must be over 16 years old, have a computer or smartphone with internet access, and have basic computer skills, as well as operating systems compatible with mobile devices (iOS or Android), Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox browsers, and a PDF reader.
Sesi informs that failing to meet the requirements does not make participation in the course unviable, but it may impact performance since some resources may have less satisfactory performance on smartphones and tablets.
After enrollment, each student will have one business month to complete the content. After this phase, through the platform itself, candidates can take a test and, if they achieve an average score of 70 points, will receive a certificate.
