With high expectations for the Brazilian offshore exploration and production market, the two companies reinforce their partnerships and talk about their projects in the coming years
André Araújo, President of Shell Brasil, was with Constellation Oil Services on Thursday (30) to discuss matters related to the oil and gas sector, new projects and partnerships for possible exploration campaigns.
As Shell itself said this month, it will invest at least 2 billion annually in Brazil until 2025, but if the next oil auctions are successful, this amount could increase.
Constellation is the leader in an ongoing tender with Petrobras for the charter of the Alpha Star rig, plus other drilling projects.
“We were happy to receive yesterday, Mr. André Araújo, President of Shell Brasil, who shared Shell's expectations for the exploration and production market.
We understand Brazil's role as one of the main oil and gas markets for the coming years, and we are proud to work as a leading partner, alongside Shell, in important exploration and development campaigns in the country.
Constellation highly values the partnerships it builds in its working relationships, which are fundamental for the excellence of our results.” I told Constellation today.
