After the Disclosure of the Bill That Could Establish a Construction Materials Bank in Balneário Camboriú to Be Used in Projects for Families in Vulnerable Situations, the President of Sinduscon Expressed Support for the Initiative

The Bill by Councilwoman Juliana Pavan for the creation of a construction materials bank funded by donations to help underprivileged families carry out renovations in their homes now has the support of the Construction Industry Union, Sinduscon. Last Thursday (04/28), the president of the organization was one of the major supporters for the project to move forward.

Construction Materials Bank in Balneário Camboriú Could Open Doors for Renovations in the Homes of Various Underprivileged Families and Sinduscon Approves the Initiative

One of the biggest challenges faced by low-income families regarding their home infrastructure is having the necessary capital to carry out renovations. Thus, Councilwoman Juliana Pavan introduced a Bill in Balneário Camboriú aimed at promoting the creation of a construction materials bank that would serve as a support for these families to secure the necessary resources and start renovations in their homes.

Therefore, the main objective of the construction materials bank is to receive donations of these materials and, primarily, to accept waste and debris from other construction projects in the city that can still be reused in future projects. In this way, the councilwoman intends to find partnerships with construction companies to pass on surplus materials, thereby enabling greater development of these homes and, consequently, a more dignified quality of life for these families in vulnerable situations.

Thus, integration with Sinduscon is essential, as the organization could assist in mediating with construction companies for the implementation of the project in the city and, with that, attract more and more investors and collaborators to carry this initiative forward. Sinduscon is an organization that has thousands of associated companies, and with minimal support for the Bill from the councilwoman, the city of Balneário Camboriú could secure some of these companies for donations of materials to be used in this construction project.

Sinduscon President Shows Support for the Bill for the Materials Bank and Offers to Collaborate with the Councilwoman on the Initiative

Following the disclosure of the Bill from the councilwoman this week and the appeal made to the union through her, the president of Sinduscon expressed strong support for the initiative and stated that it is very valid and an extremely important contribution to the low-income community. Additionally, it also aims to address the needs of construction companies, as the partnerships could also bring benefits to these companies.

Thus, President Nelson Nitz commented on the need for more projects like the materials bank for renovations for underprivileged families and stated that “We are in favor of the project which needs total attention and study in its operationalization so that it can effectively be put into operation.” Meanwhile, Councilwoman Juliana Pavan expressed gratitude for the support offered by Sinduscon and remarked that “The support from Sinduscon is essential for the creation of the law. I thank you on behalf of the population that will benefit from the reception and willingness to contribute to the cause, through your associates.”

Now, the councilwoman awaits the vote on the Bill in the Chamber of Deputies, and if everything goes as expected, new future partnerships with Sinduscon to make the construction materials bank even more viable.
