How To Register
Applications for the openings without competition to work in the Navy as temporary specialists are already open and available to interested parties until January 26, directly through the websites of the naval districts in which the candidate is interested in the position.
The registration fee for the openings in the Navy is R$ 70. The selection process consists of an objective test, verification of Biographical Data, Health Inspection, Title Examination, Document Verification, and Physical Aptitude Test for Admission (TAF-i).
The candidates approved in the openings without competition will be incorporated for a minimum period of 12 months, which may extend up to a maximum period of 96 months or eight years. During this period, the approved candidates for the vacancies in the Navy will receive salaries that can reach R$ 2,792.70. Physical Aptitude Test
The TAF, which will be eliminatory, aims to assess whether the volunteer’s physical fitness meets the physical standards required for the provision of SMV in the MB and will be conducted as per the announcement, within the period specified in the Schedule of Events.
Only the volunteer possessing a Medical Certificate will take the TAF-i. Failure to present this on the day of the TAF-i will result in elimination. The TAF for the openings without competition to work in the Brazilian Navy consists of swimming and running.
The volunteer will undergo the TAF in 2 non-consecutive days. To be approved in the TAF-i, the volunteer must swim a distance of 25 meters in a maximum time of 50 seconds for males and 1 minute for females.
They must also run a distance of 2,400 meters in a maximum time of 16 minutes for males and 17 minutes for females. The run can be conducted on an official athletic track or on any previously marked flat course.
