Service Supervisor (Work Location: Bonsucesso – RJ)

Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; Experience in managing maintenance teams for material handling or energy equipment, contract management; Office – Advanced; Intermediate English; Professional experience with managing maintenance equipment for generators will be considered a differential; Availability for travel.

Activities to be Developed: Supervise, monitor, and control all stages of field services, identifying opportunities, process improvements, cost optimization, and resource effectiveness, as well as the operational plans of the team, aiming to ensure compliance with the goals established in the strategic planning and budget; Provide budgets and quotes for requested services, as well as monitor the executed services, aiming for precise identification of hours worked and amounts to be billed, consequently ensuring customer satisfaction.

Prerequisites: High School Diploma; Technical course in electrotechnics or related fields desirable; Experience in electrical maintenance of diesel electric trucks (preferably heavy machinery); Technical English knowledge.

Activities: Monitor the performance of electrical/electronic equipment, checking circuits, consulting schematics, and manipulating specific testing equipment to make necessary interventions to prevent worsening problems; Prepare reports of assembly, servicing, or maintenance performed, detailing services and parts used, and send them to the responsible party; Perform tests on all repaired equipment and machines using appropriate equipment to detect whether the reported damages have been properly corrected; engage in corrective and preventive maintenance.
